The FasFil™ paper packaging system reliably delivers pad-shaped paper for void-fill applications on-line and on-demand. The system uses three pre-set speeds to create custom-length, pad-like paper void-fill material from rolls of 100 percent recycled paper.

Capable of producing void-fill output at up to 260 feet per minute, the system easily adapts to on-demand workstations or high-volume continuous feed environments with multiple packaging stations. With the flexibility of choosing the weight, width and length of paper needed, operators know they are getting the material that best suits their specific protection requirements.

Compared to the output of other systems on the market, pads produced by the FasFil™ system require less manipulation by the operator and lead to more consistent material usage per package as well as a more predictable package cost. Operators also benefit from fast roll changeovers given the system’s easy drop-in front and back loading design. The FasFil™ system is available in three height configurations, allowing the end user to select a custom height that is optimal for their specific conveyor layout.

Operator interface is highly simplified and a continuous length of void-fill output is produced just by holding down the foot pedal. When the foot pedal is released, a vertical cutting device provides a clean cut every time while the easily accessible paper clipping tray keeps the cutting area free of debris.
