    Shuttle Style - Starview's MS/PH Series one and two station large floor model shuttle type heat sealers are designed for medium volume production requirements. These machines are specifically designed for medical applications using foils, medical kraft, Tyvek and other heat sealable lidstock. These high quality machines are ideal for start up companies, back up equipment, cellular production lines or low volume in-house packaging. These machines are one or two operator shuttle type sealers utilizing quick-change sealing fixtures. This series machines have process controls for validation including in PLC temperature and pressure controls with high and low user adjustable alarms. All timer settings are within accessed through the touch screen operator interface panel and are highly repeatable. PLC memory includes a recall of the last 99 sealing cycles and data storage for up to 99 recipes.

  • Semi-Automatic Medical Tray Sealers

    Rotary - Starview's MR/PH and ERB/PH Series rotary type heat sealers are designed for medium to higher volume production requirements. These machines may be used for conventional carded blisters, full face blisters and half-clamshell styles as well as applications using Tyvel, foils and other heat sealable lidstock. This series machines have process controls for validation including in PLC temperature and pressure controls with high and low user adjustable alarms. All timer settings are within accessed through the touch screen operator interface panel and are highly repeatable. PLC memory includes a recall of the last 99 sealing cycles and data storage for up to 99 recipes.

  • Fully-Automatic Medical Tray Sealers

    Inline - Starview's CBS Series Automated Inline Conveyor type blister sealing machines are ideal for high volume or JIT production. Given the proper conditions these machines are capable of up to 20 cycles per minute in production. The Automated Inline Conveyor blister sealing machines are built with capability to feed blisters, blister cards and discharge finished packages when proper tooling is installed. With seven (7) open loading stations these machines are ideal for automated product loading or where multiple items are to be placed in a single package. Machines with other sealing areas and different numbers of stations are also available. Can be designed to include optional features such as additional automatic feeders, pick and place transfer mechanisms on finished package out-feed and discharge conveyors. Additional PLC I/O's may be added for interface with customer supplied systems.
