The Batchmaster III, optical scanning technology, takes the patented dual view optics to a whole new level of counting performance as it scans at 2,000 times per second and creates a high-resolution 3-D image of each part. A volume analysis is conducted on the image and a value assigned. Only parts within the assigned volume range are counted, while out of tolerance parts are rejected prior to entering the package for extreme accuracy. Multiple chamber accumulation results in continuous run high speeds.

The FAW Series Automatic Weigher is a single head bowl fed scale capable of accurately delivering finished batches at rates that meet or exceed bulky dual head in-line scales in a much smaller, portable footprint.
