The NewAir I.B.® Express high-performance inflatable cushioning system is versatile, compact, and quickly creates patented Barrier Bubble® material that can be used for cushioning, and blocking and bracing applications.

This system allows operators to create cushions with widths of 12 and 24 inches and includes options for film strength to accommodate a variety of applications. The Sealed Air® proprietary film technology retains air longer than non-barrier polyethylene air cellular materials and out-performs other materials for cushioning and overall packaging protection.

By quickly creating packaging materials on-site and on demand, the NewAir I.B.® Express system eliminates the need to store large amounts of bulky materials, saving space while reducing material handling.

The compact size and speed of the NewAir I.B.® Express system allows operators to create inflatable Barrier Bubble® cushions at workstations, online or for batching processes. The system is compatible with a number of batching options such as the roll winder attachment, Instasheeter™ high-speed converting system and Jet Stream™ delivery system.
